The hotel chain will begin operations in Colombia B3 from April 2012 with the "B3 Virrey", a hotel designed for executives who will be the first of 10 structures Unik group intends to build in the country.The B3-bet to be operated by Hospitality Trust-is emerging as innovative brand with a modern, affordable tariffs in a unique and comfortable place. The hotel is also equipped with Wi-Fi in all areas, database contextualized city with the preferences and desires of guests, quiet rooms with windows, floors and ceilings anti-noise, television in every room, breakfast buffet, counter service shop with essentials, self-service machines for food and beverages. By 2018, the chain aims to have 10 hotels in operation and are designated cities: Santa Marta, Medellin, Barranquilla and Cartagena. The format for the business traveler hotel will stay in these cities. Hospitality Trust is recognized in the industry for its expertise in chains like Hilton, Marriott and intercontinental.
